Exclusions

You won't get Cashback on:

  • Usage of codes beginning with ZBAP
  • Sometime bags purchases
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
  • Any store credit redemption
  • Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Service charges · Shipping and delivery

Any amounts you pay using Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credits will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay using card or cash will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

  • Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • For partial returns or exchanges, we'll pro-rate the Cashback as an adjustment.

Tracking disclaimers

  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.
  • At international stores, exchange rate differences may result in small changes to the actual Cashback amount you receive.

Other terms and conditions

ZALORA terms and conditions:

Cashback will be capped at Php 300 for each ZALORA user per order per month. Order exceeded user cap of Php 300 will be tracked at Php 0 until the refresh in subsequent month.

Cashback based on order value after deducting ZALORA Wallet credits.

Ensure that Zalora app is installed, and the app is not opened in the background before clicking through from ShopBack.

    For ZALORA, you need to clear your cart, close the ZALORA app, open this platform to visit the ZALORA app or website and complete your purchase there in order to earn Cashback. You need to do this for each purchase.
  • Re-start from this platform if payment fails
    If you encounter payment errors during your purchase, you should re-start your visit to the ZALORA website or app from this platform to ensure that your Cashback continues to be tracked.
